HDMI Cable
Len-Link supplies active optical HDMI cables for conference rooms, digital signage, video walls, control rooms, home theatres, projectors, studios and other long-distance audiovisual installations.
As a Fiber Optic HDMI Cable Manufacturer, we provide 18Gbps 4K@60Hz and 48Gbps 8K@60Hz cable options, together with standard, slim and armored constructions. Length, connector shell, cable jacket, labeling and packaging can be evaluated according to the installation project.
Key product capabilities include:
4K@60Hz transmission on selected 18Gbps models
8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz on selected 48Gbps models
Customized long-distance cable lengths
Hybrid fiber and copper AOC construction
Standard and armored cable options
Directional source-to-display signal transmission
OEM labeling and project-specific packaging
Sample testing before production
A qualified Fiber Optic HDMI Cable Manufacturer should help buyers select a cable according to bandwidth, resolution, distance, installation route and mechanical protection rather than resolution alone.
| Cable Type | Published Performance | Best Suited For |
|---|---|---|
| Standard 4K Active Optical HDMI Cable | 18Gbps, 4K@60Hz, customized length up to 120m on the listed models | Projectors, meeting rooms, home theatres, signage and established 4K systems |
| Standard 8K Active Optical HDMI Cable | 48Gbps, 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz on selected models; customized length up to 120m on the listed model | High-refresh displays, advanced AV systems, gaming installations, studios and premium digital signage |
| Armored 4K Active Optical HDMI Cable | 4K@60Hz, approximately 18Gbps, hybrid optical construction and listed lengths from 10m to 200m | Conduits, engineering installations and routes exposed to greater pulling or crushing risk |
The two standard 4K models and two 8K models should be differentiated by shell, cable diameter, jacket, flexibility or intended installation. If their structures are identical, retaining one page for each performance level will reduce duplicate content.
Choose an 18Gbps 4K cable when the system requires up to 4K@60Hz and does not need higher refresh rates or 8K transmission. This option is suitable for many projectors, conference displays, existing video walls and commercial AV systems.
Choose a 48Gbps 8K cable when the source and display require 8K@60Hz, 4K@120Hz or other higher-bandwidth functions supported by the complete system.
Installing a 48Gbps cable does not automatically enable 8K or 4K@120Hz. The source device, intermediate equipment and display must all support the required signal format.
A standard active optical cable is appropriate for protected indoor routes, cable trays, furniture, residential AV systems and installations where the cable will not be exposed to high pulling or crushing forces.
An armored structure should be evaluated when the cable must pass through long conduits, raised floors, engineering shafts or other routes where additional mechanical protection is required.
Before selecting an armored model, confirm:
Conduit diameter
Connector dimensions
Pulling distance
Maximum pulling force
Minimum bending radius
Number of bends
Available access points
Whether the connector must be detachable
Required wall or building rating
The strongest cable is not automatically the easiest cable to install. Connector size and route design should be reviewed before ordering.
Len-Link operates a 5,000 m² facility with more than 150 employees and annual cable output exceeding one million units. The factory supports OEM/ODM production, sample evaluation, customized packaging and production-process visibility.
For active optical HDMI projects, production coordination may include:
Separate model numbers for different lengths
Source/display end labels
Individual length labels
Project or room identification
Barcode and carton-mark management
Cable protection during packing
Length-based carton separation
Spare-unit planning
Retention of approved specifications for repeat orders
MOQ depends on the cable structure, length distribution, connector design, packaging and project requirements. Selected regular models may support smaller trial quantities before full project delivery.
Yes. The source connector must be connected to the transmitting device and the display connector to the receiving device. The cable should be tested in the correct direction before installation.
Choose according to the required resolution, refresh rate and equipment capabilities. An 18Gbps model is suitable for many 4K@60Hz systems, while a 48Gbps model should be evaluated for 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz applications.
Each required length should be confirmed and tested. Signal-conversion design, cable construction, equipment compatibility and production consistency can affect performance at longer distances.
Yes, when the connector dimensions, conduit diameter, bending radius and pulling conditions are suitable. Armored or detachable structures may be considered for more demanding routes.
Send your required resolution, refresh rate, route length, installation environment, conduit information, connector requirements, certification needs and quantity for each length.
Choose Len-Link as your Fiber Optic HDMI Cable Manufacturer for model selection, final-length testing, project labeling and repeat-order production.
